How do I report a problem or request a feature?
Use Send feedback in the app’s sidebar or account menu, or the feedback prompt after a session. You can report a problem, request a feature or describe your experience. The Contact us page also accepts support enquiries.
How do I request a copy of my data or account deletion?
Choose Privacy / data request on the contact form and use the email linked to your account. Explain what you are requesting. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Sending the form does not immediately delete data or cancel a subscription.
